4. ערבוב חלב
(א)לא יערבב רפתן חלב מחליבות שונות, אלא אם קירר את החלב מכל חליבה במיכל נפרד מיד אחרי החליבה עד לפחות 5 מעלות צלזיוס והחזיק אותו עד לערבוב בדרגת קור עד לפחות 5 מעלות צלזיוס.
(ב)לא יעביר רפתן חלב מעורבב מחליבות שונות אלא אם החזיק אותו בדרגת קור עד לפחות 5 מעלות צלזיוס מן הערבוב ועד להעברתו.
