5. שומן חלב צו
תיקון: תש״ך
(א)לא יעביר רפתן, מרכז או קמעונאי חלב המכיל פחות מ־3% שומן חלב.
(ב)הוראות סעיף קטן (א) לא יחולו על –
(1)רפתן המעביר חלב לבעל תחנת איסוף או לבעל מחלבה שלהם ניתן רשיון;
(2)בעל תחנת איסוף שלו ניתן רשיון המעביר חלב לבעל מחלבה שהוא בעל רשיון;
(3)בעל מחלבה שלו ניתן רשיון המעביר חלב לשם עיבודו או לשם ייצור מוצרי חלב לבעל מחלבה אחר שהוא בעל רשיון.
