412א. תחולת סדרי הדין של בית דין צבאי מחוזי
תיקון: תשל״ה
(א)בבית דין צבאי לתעבורה יחולו סדרי הדין החלים בבית דין צבאי מחוזי בתיאומים לפי הענין ובכפוף לאמור בסימן זה.
(ב)לשופט תעבורה ולשופט בית הדין הצבאי לערעורים הדן בערעור על פסק דין של בית דין צבאי לתעבורה יהיו נתונות, לצורך ניהול הדיון, כל הסמכויות הנתונות לאב בית הדין של בית דין צבאי מחוזי.
