427. הארכת המועד לערעור
תיקון: תשס״ד־4
(א)נשיא בית הדין הצבאי לערעורים רשאי, לבקשת מערער, להרשות הגשת ערעור לאחר שעברה התקופה האמורה בסעיף 418. הוארך מועד הערעור – ירכיב הנשיא מותב של בית הדין.
(ב)(בוטל).
(ג)לענין ההארכה רשאי נשיא בית הדין הצבאי לערעורים לשמוע טענות ועדויות, והחלטתו סופית.
