428. הארכה זמנית של מועד הערעור
הוגש ערעור ולפני שהורכב בית הדין נתעורר ספק אם הוגש הערעור בזמן, רשאי נשיא בית הדין הצבאי לערעורים להאריך את המועד הארכה זמנית ולהרכיב מותב בית דין, אך אב בית הדין רשאי להחליט שהערעור הוגש באיחור ולדחותו.
