433. טענות בעלי הדין
תיקון: תשט״ו
(א)היה הערעור נשמע בפני בעלי הדין, יישמעו תחילה טענות המערער ואחריהן תשובת המשיב ולבסוף התשובה החוזרת של המערער.
(ב)הוגשו ערעורים על ידי נידונים אחדים, רשאי בית הדין שהורכב כדי לדון בהם, לאחד את הערעורים ולשמעם כאחד.
(ג)הוגש ערעור גם על ידי הנידון וגם על ידי התובע – יאוחדו ערעוריהם, וסדר שמיעת הטענות יהיה לפי הסדר הקבוע בערעורו של נידון.
