498. דין פיצויים שנפסקו לאדם פרטי
נתחייב אדם בבית דין צבאי או בדין משמעתי לשלם פיצויים על נזקים שלא לרכוש הצבא או לרכוש המדינה, יהיה דין הפיצויים כדין סכום שנפסק לטובת הניזוק על ידי פסק דין של בית משפט בתביעה אזרחית.
