499. ביצוע מאסר או מחבוש של בית דין שדה או בית דין צבאי ימי
הוטל עונש מאסר או מחבוש על ידי בית דין צבאי ימי או בית דין שדה, ואי אפשר, לדעת המפקד שהרכיב את בית הדין, לבצע את העונש־במקום שנקבע לכך על פי פרק זה, יבוצע העונש במקום שנקבע לכך על ידי המפקד.
