3. אי הפסקת תקופות
הרשעה או קביעה כאמור בסעיף 2 לחוק בשל עבירת תעבורה, אין בהם כדי להפסיק תקופת התיישנות או תקופת מחיקה אלא אם כן היו תקופות אלה לענין עבירת תעבורה.
