2. סייג למסירת מידע
מידע מן המרשם לא יכלול את העבירות המפורטות להלן אלא אם כן היתה בקשה לכלול במידע עבירות אלה או לתת מידע על עבירות אלה בלבד:
(1)עבירת תעבורה כהגדרתה בפקודת התעבורה (להלן – עבירת תעבורה), למעט עבירה לפי סעיפים 64 או 64א לפקודה האמורה;
(2)עבירה לפי פקודת ביטוח רכב מנועי [נוסח חדש], התש״ל–1970.
