6. תנאי הסף לביטול אוטומטי
לא יבטל הגורם המוסמך רישום בביטול אוטומטי, אלא אם כן חלף מהמועד הקבוע בתקנה 2(א) פרק זמן כמפורט להלן:
(1)בחשד לביצוע עבירה בידי בגיר – 7 שנים;
(2)בחשד לביצוע עבירה בידי קטין – 5 שנים.
