53. משרות שלא בסולם הדרגות המינהלי
תיקון: תשכ״ו, תשכ״ח, תשע״ד
מועמד למשרה שלא חלה עליה חובת המכרז לפי סעיף 22 לחוק ואשר לה צמודה בתקן דרגה מסולם הדירוג המינהלי והמועמד יועסק בעבודת כפיים, יעמוד בבחינות או במבחנים אשר ייערכו על ידי המשרד בו נמצאת המשרה האמורה ושיש בהם, לדעת המשרד, כדי להוכיח את כשירותו למילוי המשרה.
