54. פטור לבעלי השכלה או הכשרה
מועמד למשרה שהוא בעל תעודה המעידה, לדעת נציב השירות, על השכלה או הכשרה הנדרשות בבחינה או במבחן, יהיה פטור מבחינה או ממבחן, כאמור בסעיפים 52 ו־53.
