1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”הוראות החוק“ – הוראות החוק והוראות התקנות שנקבעו מכוחו;
”המפכ״ל“ – המפקח הכללי של משטרת ישראל (להלן – המשטרה);
”השר“ – השר לביטחון הפנים;
”קצין משטרה בכיר“ – כהגדרתו בפקודת המשטרה [נוסח חדש], התשל״א–1971.
