84.
אב שנתקיימו בו התכונות הנזכרות בסעיף הקודם, שמכר דבר מנכסי ילדו, בין שהיו מיטלטלין ובין שהיו מקרקעין, או קנה בשבילו דבר או השכיר נכס מנכסיו בהונאה גסה, ימנה הקאדי אפוטרופוס כדי לבקש ביטול חוזה המכר או השכירות, וביטול זה לא יהיה תלוי ברשותו הניתנת לאחר בגרות. הגיע הילד לבגרות לפני תום תקופת שכירות שלמה, אין הוא רשאי לבטלה. חוזה הקניה יהיה תקף כלפי האפוטרופוס אך לא כלפי ילדו.
