5. הודעה על הפסקת העבודה או היעדרות ממנה
(א)עובד שירות ימסור הודעה על כל הפסקה בעבודתו או על כל היעדרות ממנה, בלא שיהוי למפקח.
(ב)המעסיק ידווח למפקח על אי־התייצבות או היעדרות עובד השירות מעבודתו.
