9. היעדרות מעבודת שירות עקב שירות מילואים
(א)נקרא עובד שירות לשירות מילואים פעיל החל בתקופת השירות, ימציא מיד למפקח העתק מצו הקריאה.
(ב)סיים עובד השירות את שירותו במילואים, יתייצב בתוך 48 שעות במקום עבודת השירות וימציא למפקח אישור על שירותו במילואים.
