5. צירוף אישומים ונאשמים
(א)מותר לצרף לתובענה אחת כמה אישומים, בין אם הם מבוססים על אותן עובדות ובין אם הם מבוססים על עובדות שונות.
(ב)מותר להאשים בתובענה אחת כמה נאשמים בין כשותפים לעבירת המשמעת בין בדרך אחרת.
