23. סודיות המסמכים
(א)תיקי האפוטרופוס הכללי ומסמכיו הם חסויים.
(ב)היתר על פי סעיף 13(א) לחוק לעיין במסמכים או לקבל העתק מהם יינתן על ידי האפוטרופוס הכללי בכתב, על יסוד בקשה הנתמכת בתצהירו של המבקש וראיות נוספות שהאפוטרופוס הכללי רשאי לתבוע ממנו להוכחת מעמדו כמעונין ותום לבו.
(ג)נמסרו העתקי מסמכים כאמור בתקנת משנה (ב), יגבה האפוטרופוס הכללי מן המקבל את ההוצאות שהוציא בהכנתם.
