24. הזמנות לחקירה
(א)החליט האפוטרופוס הכללי להזמין אדם לחקירה במשרדו על פי סעיף 5(ב) לחוק, ישלח לו הזמנה הערוכה לפי טופס 8/א לפחות 14 יום לפני המועד שנקבע לחקירה.
(ב)בקשת האפוטרופוס הכללי לחקירת אדם על פי סעיף 17(א) לחוק תיערך לפי טופס 8/ב ותוגש לבית המשפט יחד עם ההודעה עליה, בשני עתקים שמהם ישלח אחד לאותו אדם; הבקשה תישמע בהקדם ככל האפשר.
