23. הודעת הוועדה המקומית לרשם המקרקעין בדבר חובת תשלום מס המטרו
יושב ראש הוועדה המקומית או מי שהסמיכו לכך יציין בתעודה החתומה בידו לפי סעיף 10(א) לתוספת השלישית שתוצג לרשם המקרקעין לעניין תשלום היטל ההשבחה החל על מקרקעין, אם חלה חובת תשלום מס השבחת מטרו לגבי המקרקעין האמורים.
