32. הוראות לעניין תוכנית החלה על מקרקעי ישראל במתחם השפעה
תיקון: תשפ״ד
בתוכנית לגבי מקרקעין הכלולים במתחם השפעה שכלולים בו גם מקרקעי ישראל, יקבע מוסד התכנון, ככל האפשר, שטח כולל המותר לבנייה במקרקעי ישראל בהתאם לעקרונות החלים לעניין מקרקעין מוקנים כאמור בסעיף 30.
