34. הוראה לעניין תוכנית איחוד וחלוקה במתחם השפעה
תיקון: תשפ״ד
(א)תוכנית איחוד וחלוקה, כמשמעותה בסימן ז׳ לפרק ג׳ בחוק התכנון והבנייה, במתחם השפעה, תכלול אחד מאלה:
(1)מקרקעין הכלולים בתוכנית הנמצאים במתחם השפעה;
(2)מקרקעין הכלולים בתוכנית הנמצאים מחוץ למתחם השפעה, ובלבד שמעל 80% משטח התוכנית נמצא במתחם השפעה.
(ב)מוסד התכנון יהיה רשאי לסטות מהאמור בסעיף קטן (א) במקרים חריגים ומנימוקים מיוחדים שיירשמו.
