44. מערכת ממוחשבת לחישוב היטל מימון המטרו
תיקון: תשפ״ד
החברה הממונה לפי סעיף 55, ואם לא מונתה – רשות המטרו, תפעיל ותתחזק, באמצעות אתר אינטרנט, מערכת ממוחשבת המאפשרת למשתמש בה לבדוק אם חלה על הנכס חובת תשלום של היטל מימון המטרו וכן לחשב את סכום היטל מימון המטרו שעשוי לחול על הנכס, בהתאם לפרטים שיזין; על אף האמור, שר האוצר רשאי לקבוע, בצו, גורם אחר שיפעיל ויתחזק את המערכת האמורה.
