49. מקדמות
תיקון: תשפ״ד
(א)על אף האמור בסעיף 48, לא יחולו על היטל מימון המטרו ההוראות בדבר תשלום מקדמות לפי סימן א׳ לפרק שני בחלק י׳ לפקודת מס הכנסה.
(ב)שר האוצר רשאי לקבוע הוראות לעניין תשלום מקדמות על חשבון היטל מימון המטרו, ורשאי הוא לקבוע כי ההוראות לפי סעיפים 180 ו־190 לפקודת מס הכנסה, יחולו על מקדמות לפי סעיף קטן זה, בשינויים המחויבים.
