85. מניעת רעש
תיקון: תשפ״ד
(א)לעניין מניעת רעש בשל ביצוע פעולה לקידום מיזם המטרו, יחולו ההוראות לפי חוק למניעת מפגעים, בשינויים המפורטים בתוספת השלישית לחוק זה.
(ב)השר להגנת הסביבה, בהסכמת שר האוצר ובאישור ועדת הפנים והגנת הסביבה של הכנסת, רשאי לשנות, בצו, את התוספת השלישית לחוק זה.
