87. סילוק פסולת חומרים מסוכנים
תיקון: תשפ״ד
אישור המנהל או הנחיות המנהל הנדרשים בהתאם להוראות לפי חוק רישוי עסקים, לסילוק פסולת שמקורה בשטח הנמצא בתחום תוכנית מטרו או בשטח סמוך לשטח כאמור, או לסילוק פסולת הנמצאת בו, יינתנו לחברה מבצעת לגבי כלל הפסולת שסילוקה נדרש בבקשה מסוימת של החברה המבצעת, בתוך 30 ימים ממועד פניית החברה המבצעת; בסעיף זה, ”המנהל“, ”סילוק“ ו”פסולת“ – כהגדרתם לפי חוק רישוי עסקים.
