8ג. יושב ראש המועצה המאסדרת
תיקון: תשפ״ד
(א)הממשלה תמנה את יושב ראש המועצה המאסדרת מתוך רשימת מועמדים שיציעו בעלי התפקידים המנויים בסעיף 9(1) עד (4).
(ב)כשיר להתמנות ליושב ראש המועצה המאסדרת מי שמתקיימים לגביו התנאים המנויים בסעיף 8(ב).
(ג)הוראות סעיף 8(ג) יחולו, בשינויים המחויבים, לעניין יושב ראש המועצה המאסדרת.
(ד)הודעה על מינוי יושב ראש המועצה המאסדרת תפורסם באתר האינטרנט של רשות המטרו.
