31. הצגת תכנית עבודה שנתית לראש הממשלה
(א)הרשות תציג לראש הממשלה, אחת לשנה, תכנית עבודה שגיבשה לשם מילוי תפקידיה לפי פסקאות (1) עד (3) ו־(5) בסעיף 7, באותה שנה (בסעיף זה – תכנית עבודה שנתית).
(ב)תכנית העבודה השנתית שתוצג לפי הוראות סעיף קטן (א) תכלול, בין השאר, את תכנית העבודה השנתית לבחינת אסדרה קיימת ואת תכניות ההכשרה שבכוונת הרשות לקיים באותה שנה.
