4. תוקף הוראות הזכיון, זכיון־המשנה וההסכמים
כל הוראה מהוראות הזכיון, זכיון־המשנה וההסכמים האמורים, בין מפורשת ובין משתמעת, תהא בת־תוקף על אף האמור בכל דין.
