9. תנאים תברואיים
תיקון: תשל״ו־2, תשע״ז
לא ישווק אדם ולא ייצא תמרוקים אם נתקיים בהם, לדעת המנהל, אחד מאלה:
(1)הם יוצרו, הוכנו, הוחזקו, נארזו או הוחסנו בתנאים בלתי סניטריים;
(2)הם בלתי ראויים לשימוש אדם;
(3)נמצא בהם חומר ארסי, מזוהם, מזיק או בלתי ראוי לשימוש אדם;
(4)נמצא בהם או נתווסף אליהם דבר שאינו צריך להימצא בהם או חסר בהם דבר שצריך להימצא בהם;
(5)נתקלקלו, הושחתו או נפגמה איכותם מסיבה כלשהי.
