1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”האחראי“ – האחראי על הפעולה המונעת שנתמנה לפי תקנה 3;
”הועדה המייעצת“ – הועדה שנתמנתה לפי תקנה 4;
”המוסד“ ו”מפקח העבודה הראשי“ – כמשמעותם בחוק;
”המשרד“ – משרד העבודה והרווחה;
”ועדת ההקצאה“ – הועדה שנתמנתה לפי תקנה 7;
”קופת חולים“ – כמשמעותה בחוק ביטוח בריאות ממלכתי, התשנ״ד–1994;
”שנת עבודה“ – שנה המתחילה ב־1 בינואר ומסתיימת ב־31 בדצמבר של אותה שנה;
”השר“ – שר העבודה והרווחה.
