11. נקיון העובדים והמכשירים
תיקון: תשכ״ח
(א)אדם הנמצא בבית מטבחיים או בתחום חצר בית המטבחיים וכן המוביל בשר מבית המטבחיים ילבש בגדי עבודה וישמור על נקיון אישי כפי שנקבע בתוספת הראשונה.
(ב)מכשירים המשמשים לשחיטת בהמה, לטיפול בה או בבשרה, יהיו ממין שנקבע וינוקו ויוחזקו בהתאם להוראות התוספת השניה.
