12. נקיון בית המטבחיים
(א)בית מטבחיים יוחזק במצב נקי ויקויימו בו סידורי תברואה בהתאם להוראות שבתוספת השלישית.
(ב)בבית מטבחיים ייעשו הסידורים ויימצאו המיתקנים, הציוד ומלאי חמרי נקיון וחיטוי המפורטים בתוספת השלישית.
