תיקון: תשפ״ב
מודד מאמן יגיש למנהל בחודש אפריל של כל שנה וכן בתום תקופת ההתאמנות של מתאמן אצלו, דין וחשבון על התאמנותו של המתאמן אצלו בנוסח שבתוספת השנייה.
