16. הפסקת התאמנות בידי המנהל
(א)המנהל רשאי, לאחר שנתן למתאמן הזדמנות להשמיע טענותיו, להפסיק את התאמנותו במקרים הבאים:
(1)נתקיימה בו אחת העילות המנויות בסעיף 4 לפקודה;
(2)הוא הפר הוראה מהוראות תקנות אלה הנוגעות להתאמנות.
(ב)לענין תקנה זו ייחשב כמתאמן מי שנרשם בפנקס המתאמנים וטרם קיבל רשיון מודד.
