5. דרישות נוספות
תיקון: תשמ״ה, תשנ״ד, תשע״ד
(א)הוגשה בקשה לרישום תכשיר, רשאי המנהל, לפי שיקול דעתו, לדרוש מן המבקש להמציא לו מסמכים נוספים, ובכלל אלה תוצאות של בדיקות מעבדה.
(ב)לא מסר המבקש את המסמכים כאמור, רשאי המנהל לדחות את הבקשה לרישום תכשיר.
