6. בדיקת התכשיר
תיקון: תשע״ד
(א)הוגשה בקשה לרישום, רשאי המנהל, לפי שיקול דעתו, להעביר דוגמאות מהתכשיר לבדיקה במעבדה או לניסויי שדה.
(ב)בעד הבדיקה או ניסוי השדה ישלם מבקש הרישום את הוצאות הבדיקה או הניסוי, לפי העניין.
