12. הפסקת הפעלת מפעל פסדים
(א)לא ביצע אחראי למפעל הפסדים הוראה מהוראות תקנות 4 עד 11 רשאי המנהל להורות על הפסקת הפעלתו של המפעל עד למילוי ההוראה.
(ב)על הוראת המנהל כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), רשאי האחראי למפעל הפסדים לערור תוך 30 יום מיום קבלתה לפני ועדת ערר שמונתה לפי תקנת משנה (ג).
(ג)שר החקלאות ימנה ועדת ערר של שלושה לענין תקנה זו.
(ד)הודעה על מינוי הועדה ועל הרכבה תפורסם ברשומות.
