13. מינוי רופאים וטרינריים ע״י רשות מקומית
(א)רופא וטרינרי של רשות מקומית, שאושר בידי המנהל יפקח על חיסול פסדים ועל מפעל פסדים בהתאם להוראותיו של המנהל.
(ב)רופא וטרינרי רשאי כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) להתיר, לדחות או לאסור הפקת מוצרים מפסדים או הוצאתם מתחום מפעל הפסדים.
