2ב. איסור העברת עופות
תיקון: תשע״ג
לא יעביר אדם ולא יקבל למטרת עסק, בשום דרך מדרכי ההעברה, את הבעלות או את החזקה בעוף, בבשר עוף או באברים פנימיים של עוף שהוזן במזון אסור לפי תקנה 2(ב) או שהורמן בניגוד לתקנה 2א; בתקנה זו, ”בשר עוף“ ו”אברים פנימיים“ – כהגדרתם בתקנות מחלות בעלי חיים (בתי שחיטה לעופות), התש״ך–1960.
