12ד. רישום תאריך הלידה ברישיון נהיגה
תיקון: תשע״ד־2
רשות הרישוי תרשום ברישיון נהיגה שנתנה לפי סימן זה את תאריך הלידה העברי והלועזי של מי שהרישיון ניתן לו, ואולם מי שזכאי לקבל רישיון רשאי להודיע לרשות הרישוי, באופן שתורה, כי הוא מבקש שיירשם תאריך הלידה הלועזי שלו בלבד, ואם הודיע כאמור לאחר שניתן לו הרישיון, תיתן לו רשות הרישוי כפל רישיון, שבו יירשם התאריך הלועזי בלבד.
