36א. פסילה לכל דרגות הרשיון
תיקון: תשכ״ו
הטיל בית המשפט פסילה או פסילה על תנאי מקבל או מהחזיק רשיון נהיגה, יטיל את הפסילה כאמור לגבי נהיגה ברכב מכל סוג שהוא; אולם רשאי בית המשפט, בנסיבות מיוחדות, שיפרש בפסק הדין, להורות כי הפסילה לא תחול לגבי נהיגת רכב מסויים, או לגבי סוג מסויים של רכב.
