48. ביטול פסילה
מי שנפסל בצו של קצין משטרה כאמור בסעיף 47, רשאי לבקש מבית המשפט המוסמך לדון בעבירה לבטל את הפסילה; ובית המשפט, לאחר ששמע את היועץ המשפטי לממשלה או את בא כוחו או שוטר, רשאי לבטל את הפסילה, בתנאים או ללא תנאי, אם שוכנע שביטול הפסילה לא יפגע בבטחון הציבור.
