62ב. עבודה בבית חולים
תיקון: תשנ״ה
בית משפט שהרשיע אדם בעבירת תעבורה, או שמצא שהוא ביצע עבירה כאמור ולא הרשיעו, רשאי לחייבו בצו שירות לבצע שירות לציבור, שיהיה, ככל האפשר, בבית חולים שבו מאושפזים פצועי תאונות דרכים; לענין זה, ”שירות לציבור“ ו”צו שירות“ – כמשמעותם בסימן ד1 לפרק ו׳ לחוק העונשין, התשל״ז–1977.
