65א. מיתקן מגביל מהירות
תיקון: תשס״ד־4
(א)השר רשאי לקבוע כי ברכב מסוג מסוים שקבע באישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, יותקן מיתקן מגביל מהירות.
(ב)קבע השר כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) –
(1)לא יירשם הרכב ולא יחודש רישיון הרכב לפי הוראות פקודה זו אלא אם כן מותקן בו מיתקן מגביל מהירות כפי שקבע השר;
(2)לא ינהג אדם ברכב, ובעל הרכב או מי שהרכב נמצא בשליטתו לא ירשו לאחר לנהוג ברכב, אלא אם כן מותקן בו מיתקן מגביל מהירות, והמיתקן תקין ופועל כהלכה.
