71ו. אי־חידוש רישיון להפעלת קו שירות או למיתקן תחבורתי
תיקון: תשע״א־4
לא מילא בעל רישיון להפעלת קו שירות או בעל רישיון למיתקן תחבורתי את חובותיו לפי סעיפים 71ב עד 71ה, רשאי המפקח על התעבורה שלא לחדש את רישיונו, אלא אם כן נוכח כי בעל הרישיון עשה כל שביכולתו כדי למלא אחר ההוראות לפי הסעיפים האמורים.
