9. תו־סוחר
תיקון: תש״ם, תשמ״ה
על אף האמור בסעיף 7(א) רשאית רשות הרישוי, לאחר ששולמה האגרה שנקבעה, לייחד ליצרן או ליבואן של רכב, לבעל מוסך שיש לו רשיון כדין, לסוחר של רכב או למעבדה לבדיקת רכב שאישרה רשות הרישוי, תו־סוחר כללי שמותר להשתמש בו, בדרך שנקבעה, לכל רכב הנמצא במבחן לאחר ייצורו או לאחר ייבואו או במבחן על ידי המתעתד לקנותו או אחרי תיקונו.
