7. תואר ראשון
לקראת התואר האקדמי הראשון יידרשו לפחות שלוש שנות לימודים בשעות היום. היו הלימודים לימודי ערב, יקבע המוסד תכנית־לימודים על ידי הגדלה מתאימה של תקופת הלימודים. תקנוני המוסד יקבעו תכנית־לימודים מסודרת מראש לכל אורך תקופת הלימודים לקראת מתן תואר פלוני.
