8. שיטת בחינות
למוסד להשכלה גבוהה תהא שיטת בחינות מסודרת. תקנוני המוסד יקבעו סדרי עריכת הבחינות ודרכים אחרות להערכת ההישגים הלימודיים, וסדרי עבודה, כולל עבודות מעבדתיות או סמינריוניות.
